I designed the VI, advertisement, the onsite display of the sales office, the signage on the golf court, as well as all the sales materials. For the VI, I created a simple golf image to unify the whole visual system. I used the green fluorescent ink for this image, which makes it sharper and more unified.
Each of these golf club villas worths nearly 2 million US dollars and the theme of the advertisement is 'life'. This series of advertisements were created around the eminent golf life. The everyday life is integrated into the luxioury, for example, having breakfast of having a nap on the golf club.
