I designed the VI, advertisement, the onsite display of the sales office, the signage on the golf court, as well as all the sales materials. For the VI, I created a simple golf image to unify the whole visual system. I used the green fluorescent ink for this image, which makes it sharper and more unified.

Each of these golf club villas worths nearly 2 million US dollars and the theme of the advertisement is 'life'. This series of advertisements were created around the eminent golf life. The everyday life is integrated into the luxioury, for example, having breakfast of having a nap on the golf club.

This water not only is more healthy, but also helps the human brains to function better.
I developed a line of ads based on this selling point.

Chinese water ink is used as the major design element, which makes the brochure looks rustic and natural.

Client: Haomei Aluminum
this is one of the biggest aluminum corporation. The two tallest building in China used the materials they produced. At first they just wanted to produce a 24 pages catalogue. But I managed to persuaded them to create 2 corporate books for different uses. Although they costed a bigger budget for them, they matched their market position.

We used "Home" as the major theme for the corporation books.

As a mainstream magazine, we focus on the conflicts between the spiritual life and material desire of the educated youth in this fast developing big city with a population of 14 million.

The imagery not only translates the landscape of the dream manor,
but it is also centered around the upper class life style in Australia.

Newspaper Ads and the theme is 'Top Class Luxury House'. Since the target audience are those rich and reserved middle class, the ad intends to create a very fine and mysterious life environment. The peacock is used as the visual hook, which also add to the elegance of the image.

The project is located in the core of the land which was bought at the highest total cost and it has great potential for its value to rise. The works builds the brand with 'eminent status'.
